"Thank you to OBM for making "Party in the Paddock" an outstanding success. The performance was mind blowing. They were the last band to play following six other performances an auction and raffle, and they still managed to hang on to the audience and get them all up dancing from the young to the old.Thank you OBM and I'm looking forward to working with you again in the future."

"Another Fox Inn Beer Festival comes to an End with Sunshine and Blue Sky's (the day after). Saturday saw OBM perform to an enthusiastic crowd, eager and willing to dance and sing!!! (well after some alcohol anyway) OBM performed brilliantly and even traded banter with a drunk Yorkshire man! Supurb."

"A veritable mountain of musical delight"
(Time Out Magazine 2002)

"When fun meets energy and energy meets music talent, the final result can be very explosive ! Old Blue Moses is a fantastic blues outfit, their home is the stage. Old Blue Moses puts up a premier blues act, if you see them live you won't forget the name anymore."
Elia Rodia (MP3 Hardplay.tk April 2005)

"While it's fair to say that Old Blue Moses is not a household name, Farnham and its surrounds' finest exponents of maximum rhythm and blues can individually provide musical CVs boasting stints with the likes of Chris Farlowe, Peter Green, P.J. Proby and Mungo Jerry.
Taking their influences from such sources as blues legends Sonny Boy Williamson and John Lee Hooker, the hard rockin' of the Rolling Stones and the funk of the Average White Band, those lucky enough to have seen them since they formed in 2001 have been treated to a highly charged set combining original material with reworked versions of cherished numbers."
Project Peru says: "Don't let their collective age put you off! For just as The Blockheads are a wine of fine vintage to tantalise the palate of any musical occasion, so Old Blue Moses are a blended malt whiskey of influences sure to invoke a warm and tingly feeling that will get your feet tapping."
(Project Peru Commenting on Old Blue Moses forthcoming support slot with The Blockheads In December 2005)

"What can be said about OBM other than - Wow! - they're awesome! OBM had the audience rocking all the way through. As well as being extraordinarily accomplished musicians, each member of the band was more fun and energetic than the next, and what a performance they gave. There wasn't a single fault I could find, other than the audience begging for more once the final song had ended. Thank you OBM for being you, a great band and great people".

We wanted a band who could entertain people aged 21 to 92 as we celebrated my Mum's 90th birthday in style. The whole house was rockin' including my 90 year old Mum. Thanks for outstanding entertainment and mixing so well with all our friends and family. Everyone commented how great OBM are. They especially liked Martin weaving in and out of the dancing with his radio mike. "On the first day God created Man and on the Second day Woman, then there was the Blues....Later came Old Blue Moses"

OBM are fantastic! You finished off our wedding in perfect style, and have converted all of our guests to your music! Even our grandparents of 80 + We all had a brilliant time - we never expected to see so many people having so much fun. We're now trying to think of another excuse to put on a big party again, just so that we can have you back to play! Thank you for helping to make such a special day perfect.

Thank you for a wonderful evening on 19th June. Everyone said how much they enjoyed the music, from my grandmother in her 80 who ended the evening playing the tambourine to the pre-school children who were hiding because the music was a bit loud, said how good you were.I thought the music and the live performance of the band was really impressive. I look forward to seeing you playing again sometime and perhaps even joining in on one of your jamming sessions.Thank you again. Having such a great band playing for the evening made my birthday party something very special.

Thank you, thank you, thank you, to one and all for joining us at the party and making it a very special day for Brenda. If you all enjoyed it half as much as we did then we all had a great time. Sorry if Jeff and I got a little carried away and spoiled any of OBM's set by assuming we could sing. I will try not to let it happen again. (If there are any incriminating photographs please don't let them fall into the wrong hands.)
